This Shipping Policy describes how Copperleaf Shop processes and ships orders placed through our store.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected, and typically range from 7-20 business days for standard shipping. Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control.

International Shipping

We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order on our Track Your Order page.

Damaged or Lost Shipments
