This Shipping Policy describes how Copperleaf Shop processes and ships orders placed through our store.

Free Shipping

Free standard shipping on U.S. orders over $75. U.S. orders under $75 ship for a flat rate of $5.99.

Processing Time

Orders ship within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Delivery Estimates

After your order ships, standard delivery typically takes 7-20 business days depending on your location, with most U.S. orders arriving in 10-15 business days. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carriers, customs, or other factors outside of our control.

Where We Ship

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, and South Africa. Shipping charges for your order are always shown at checkout before you pay.

International Shipping Rates

Canada: flat $11.99
United Kingdom: flat $9.99
Australia and New Zealand: flat $11.99
South Africa: flat $14.99

International orders of $125 or more ship free. International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Multiple Packages

Occasionally items in one order ship separately depending on where they are coming from. You are never charged extra for this.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can also check the status of your order on our Track Your Order page. Tracking can take 24-48 hours to update after shipping.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, or if it appears to be lost in transit, please contact us at hello@copperleafshop.com so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
